Paco is grateful to have so many wonderful pals to share all his adventures with. The last few weeks of the year celebrating special holidays, birthdays, and the New Year has been fabulous. The time off from work and school for his friends and family gave them all extra time to share together. It was a great ending to our first year of adventures together. Paco and everyone at Postcard Pal hopes that 2020 is full of learning, fun, and adventure for all of you. Paco had the chance to make several of his family's favorite recipes over the last few weeks. One old classic is really easy to make and it's a snack that's great all year long.
