Halloween is a fun holiday full of spooky mazes, awesome costumes, great games, and  plenty of candy! Paco created a few fun activities to help you celebrate Halloween this year. Paco loves a nice day outside on a trail hike. It's a great way to get exercise and explore nature at the same time. When you pay attention on any good hike there are many interesting finds and beautiful colors to be seen. To share some of Paco's favorite sights he created a Nature Trail Scavenger Hunt. The items on the list below are some that Paco sees when he's out in nature. Print the list of items to take with you next time you explore...   How many of the items can you find? 

Ready for another fun filled nature activity? Find yourself some paper and make squares. Then, follow the directions in Paco's Nature Origami to create one of the awesome animals.  Be sure to take your time and fold carefully. Have fun.

Paco learned a very simple lesson this week, simple but valuable! He learned that running is not only great exercise, but that running can also be a lot of fun. The best part about running is that it does not require much more than running shoes and some water! Paco went on a 1-mile family run this week. He had a great time and was able to run half of it without stopping. Paco has set a goal to run a full mile by summertime! Do you think he can do it? Can you do it? 

After the run they did a Scavenger Hunt. Paco's little sister won because she found the most items on the list. But it was a fun time for everyone exploring the neighborhood. If you want to give it a try just print out the activity below, put on some running shoes, and get moving!

What a fantastic week Paco had at the Car Show!! There were hundreds of cars of all different kinds. Check out the Colorful World of Automobiles activity that Paco created to help track how many different colors of cars he saw. Have you ever gone to a car show?

Cars, cars everywhere! You know how much Paco loves to draw, right? One of his favorite things to draw is cars. He made this little video to help you draw a car too.
