Postcard Pal is a weekly postcard delivery service that brings friendship to your mailbox with postcards from Paco the Parrot. Every week Paco writes personalized postcards that will encourage reading and spark curiosity.

HOW IT WORKS
Once an order is placed an intro packet is sent containing our “I Am Paco Parrot” book. Then every week for the length of the subscription Paco's pals will receive a postcard that will:
Choose a 1-month, 3-months, 6-months, or 12-months subscription as well as special add-ons like a Paco plushie or postcard kit! Paco’s Learn & Share Blog is updated every week with activities, videos, or games that relate to Paco's postcard.

What is the recommended age for Postcard Pal?
Paco's postcards are written for emerging readers (ages 6-9), but can be enjoyed by all ages. Each postcard is approximately 80 words and includes recognizable sight words to build confidence along with new vocabulary to encourage growth. Non readers with older siblings and other family or friends also enjoy the postcards as a quick and easy way to connect and read together each week!
What is included in each subscription?
Every new subscription includes an introductory book and one postcard each week for the length of the subscription.
- A 1-month subscription includes four weekly postcards from Paco.
- A 3-month subscription includes 12 weekly postcards from Paco.
- A 12-month subscription includes 52 weekly postcards from Paco and special holiday postcards.
How does the subscription work for multiple children in one household?
For households with multiple children, individual subscriptions can be ordered for each child or they can share one subscription.
To share a subscription, enter multiple names (“Tommy and Skyler”) in the "Child's first name" field when adding the subscription to your cart.
If individual subscriptions are ordered, each child will receive the same postcard from Paco (he can only be in one place at a time) but they are addressed individually and arrive separately.

When will the first delivery arrive?
If a new subscription is purchased on or prior to the 25th of the month, the first delivery will arrive the first week of the next month. If a new subscription if purchased on the 26th or later, the first delivery will arrive the following month. For example, if purchased on or before January 25th, the first delivery will arrive during the first week of February. If the subscription is purchased on January 26th (or later), the first delivery will arrive during the first week of March.
What topics and themes does Paco write about?
Paco writes about all the places he visits and explores:
- everyday places like the park, grocery store, and his school
- community helpers like fire fighters, doctor's, and police officers
- cultural awareness for art, theatre, music, and dance
- outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and 4-wheeling
- all the sports!
Can Paco's pals send a postcard back to Paco?
Yes! Paco loves to receive mail too!
